Recipe for Guacamole
Allow about 10-15 minutes for preparation. Buy paltas* ripe and ready.
Mix together in a large bowl:
6 Paltas*, scooped from peels
1 Tomato finely chopped
3 Tablespoons finely chopped unions
1 bunch cilantro finely chopped
1 lemon squeezed.
Smush together with at potato masher until you get the desired consistency.
Serve as a dip for chips, or topping for hamburgers, etc. etc.
* Palta: aka avocado.
