I'm unemployed <a href="http://www.voterpower.org.uk/homehealthcaresitecom-d239.pdf">10-01healthcoach.com</a>  No....Obama got it (ACA) passed Consitutionally because of Article 1 and Section 8 of the Consitution guaranteeing Gov't having the right to tax interstate commerce (health insurance companies) if the business they conduct nationally caused bankruptcies to the National economy of (sick/dying policy holders previously terminated due to coverage limits imposed by insurance companies forced to pay privately thereby causing bankruptcies-home foreclosures instead of immediate death).
