First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quyick question in which I'd like to ask 
if you don't mind. I was curious to know hhow you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.

I'vehad a hard time clearing my thhoughts in gettiing mmy thoughts out 
there. I do takje pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 
to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying too figure out
