I one time was charged unfairly $25.00 as a fine at a townhome I lived in. I was selling it.. so had to pay.. so my sale would go through. Paid the $25.00 in PENNIES. The board called their attorneys to complain. He said it was legal tender and they had to accept. (Silly Boad: Cost them more than $25 to talk to the attorney.)
